“Mud Day” 2013 took place in Fishers at Cyntheanne Park off near 238 and 131st in east Fishers. It was a free event put on by the Town of Fishers Parks and Rec Department. Tons of dirt was brought in for this event and water was added and the fun in the mud was in full swing!
The coordinators held relays and games in the mud if you wanted to join in or you could simply play on your own.
There was a special “4 and Under” area so the little ones did not get run over by the older kids. Parents could enter if they dared!
There were changing tents for boys and girls to get all cleaned up afterwards.
If you got stuck (as my 2 boys did!) the mud patrol was there to scoop you out!
Earth Fare was on site giving away free water and suckers.
When the fun was over, there were hose lines you could wait in to attempt to get cleaned off!
Our tokens for the day were our muddy shoes. We don’t suggest you wear your shoes in…just enter with bare feet and enjoy!
and at the end of the day, you can enjoy an icee or food from the food truck for purchase.
Watch each summer for details on the next Mud Day!
